The day that the seniors and juniors waited for so long came. The Juniors and Seniors Promenade. Honestly speaking, I was excited about that but when they told me that I was chosen to join the cotillion dance because I am a SSG officer, I was disappointed. I don’t want to join the cotillion dance for I know that we will practice and practice and because of this, I will not be able t attend my classes but there’s nothing I can do. I am a SSG officer and I cant back out anymore so I just joined the practice...(^_^)
The JSP came and we, the participants of the promenade were requested to go to school at 2:00 o’clock but I went to school at 3:30 pm so I was not able to join the promenade. At 4:30 o’clock, we had our snacks in our room. After our snack, we went to the gymnasium because the dancing was already starting. When I was already at the gym, I was not able to see the girl I want to become my first dance so I waited for her even if the dancing already started. I think, it took me 30 minutes to wait her. I even went outside . Fortunately, I was able to wait her and she became my first dance. I was very happy about that. Hehehe…(^_^)
I danced with many beautiful girls but the most beautiful for me was my first dance. I think, the number of girls that I danced with this JSP was lesser than last year but as a whole, I enjoyed a lot our JSP this year. I hope there would be more occasions like this....(^_^)

Windows Movie Maker????

I’ve learned about Windows Movie Maker this time. I’ve learned how to make movies by exploring the windows movie maker. I discovered that we can add video effects and transitions to make it more presentable. We can also add music to it in order to make it more lively. I found making movies interesting even it is difficult to make one. ..(^_^)
As I’m doing my windows movie maker, I always meet a lot of problems. One of this is lack of time because I don’t have the chance to do it. Another is the music that I will add in my movie, I am hard up in doing for it. Lastly was the timing. I spent much of my time just doing it....(^_^)
In any problem, There’s always solution for it if you are determined. In my problems, It is difficult for me to find solution for it until I thought of using music saved in my mp4. In order to catch up with the time allotted for us to do, I went to the computer room in our vacant periods and finally, about the timing, I just did it with patience. As a whole, Making movies for me was difficult but it was challenging and interesting. I know that many of my classmates slept very late just to do their windows movie maker....(^_^)

Getting More Exciting

I am getting more excited about our activities and lessons In Computer like my excitement for the coming Christmas Day. We are going to make web design and movies.I'm sure, I will have great time doing all these but I hope I can make a beautiful one......(^_^)
I did'nt encounter any problem in making web design and movies.In fact, I enjoyed doing those.....(^_^) I hope someday, I will make my OWN web design and movie...(^_^)

c",).....A lot of new knowledge was added into my mind about the HTML Tags. Now, I was able to use different tags. I can format the font size, font face and font style of the text viewed in the Internet Explorer. I can also change the font color and put background color and background Image. I know that I these knowledge of mine will help me in future generations....(^_^)
c",).....Problems??? I didn’t encounter any problems in our activities in HTML Tags because it was easy for me. I just encoded in the notepad what was written on the board or manila paper and save it. But as I am encoding, I am also studying.....(^_^)
c",)..... I didn’t address any problems because I didn’t have any…… I just did my best to finish all my activities.....(^_^)
c",).....Moving on, I will study harder and become more serious in studying because the periodical test is coming nearer.....(^_^)

After the periodical test, I found out that I learned a lot about our lessons in computer in the first grading period because I got high score in our periodical test in Computer Education. Hehehe.....Ahm..... The start of second grading period. we discussed about HTML tags. Now, I know What are the uses of these and how to use them. I found out that inorder to view what you have typed in the notepad, you have to save it and write the filename but you have to type .htm after your filename. After saving, the logo of the Internet Explorer will appear instead of the logo of notepad. That is the sign that you can view it now on the internet........(^_^)
Problems???????? In our periodical test, I find difficulty in the acronyms. That's all but in our lessons in the second grading, I encountered a lot of problems because we went to Baguio for the National Leadership Training. I missed, I think many lessons and activities. But now, it's okay because I already finished working all my activities.......(^_^)
How did I addressed these problems???? As usual, I borrowed the notes of my classmates. I also did my missed activities during recess, that's why I was able to finish it. With regards to our periodical test, I just did my best to answer the questions correctly..........(^_^)
Moving on, I will study harder and listen to discussions. I will also review my notes so that , if we have any quizzes, I will get high scores...........(^_^)

Wow. What a blog!!!!!!!!!!

In the past two weeks, ahm......... we discussed about Blogs so I learned a lot about it. I learned that blog is a portmanteau of the words web and log. Now, I can create my own Blog. I found out that Blog has classificaions which are by device, by media and by genre. Under the media, we have the vlog(video blog), photoblog, sketchblog and link blog. Under the device, we have also the moblog or using different devicer in blogging like mobile phones or PDA(Personal Digital Assistance) and under the genre, there is what we call the project blog, travel blog, fashion blog, corporate blog and the blog that we are using right now- the class blog. This Blog has advantages to students like me because it can serve as reviewer to us. Also, if there are words that we can't understand, we can simply find for the meaning of that word using the online English Dictionary. Last, last week, we joined the food festival whih was participated by the all year levels and fortunately, using our patience and charm in selling our products, we, Maxwell students won for the best seller......! YAHOO!!!!!!!!!! (^_^)
There's no problem that I encountered in creating my own Blog. I just made my own and I just enjoy uploadiong photos in my Blog.(^_^)
Moving on, I expect a lot of discoveries and challenges that I will encounter but I'm always prepared in those problems. (^_^)

My first blog

1) What are the new learnings/discoveries that I have learned?
=>In our Computer subject, I learned more about internet. Now, I was able to trace the history of the internet. I can enumerate the different Services and Tools of the internet. I also learned Major Components of the internet which are the Web Server and Web Browsers. These components work together and use the HTTP(Hypertext Transfer Protocol) to transfer a hypertext page. Under these components also, I learned the different data types. I discovered that there are search engines in using the internet. Using these search engines and combining the search terms, I was able to search information from the internet faster, easier and more accurate. In general, I found that studying internet is very essential and useful to the students like me.
2) What are the problems/challenges that I have encountered?
=> As a student, it is normal for us to encounter problems in our classes. Like me, I encountered problem in our activity on applying the search engines and combining the search terms in surfing the internet because it is difficult for me to find the copyright, valure or the source of the questions that our ma'am told us to search.
3) How did I address these challenges?
=> I overcome my problems by try, try and try. I did'nt give up and I have patience in searching the internet. I also ask advices my classmates and I also use my common sense.
4) Movintg on, I will.........
Strive and study harder. I will also do my best to overcome tha different challenges that I may encounter in life. I will also accept and ask advices from my parent, teachers and classmates.
